processing technology of plastic hand plate includes: cnc hand plate processing, silica gel mold duplicate hand plate, sla laser rapid prototyping, rim low-voltage perfusion.




1. cnc hand plate: the machining accuracy can reach 0.05mm, and the maximum overall machining size of keyo can reach 1.5m. the main materials for cnc processing are: abs, pc, pmma, pa, pom, pa glass fiber, bakelite. abs is the most common and commonly used plastic material. pc and pmma are used for processing transparent handboards. pc is in the semi-transparent state and pmma is in the fully transparent state, such as the lenses and glasses of mobile phones. the abs raw material density of plastic hand plate is lower than that of abs injection molded product. after processing, the internal molecular chains are cut and broken. therefore, the plastic hand plate made of abs has lower strength and is easier to break than the finished product. not for sale.


2. duplicate hand plate: the machining accuracy is 0.15mm/100mm, and the maximum overall machining size of keyo can reach 2.0m. its material is liquid pu, and its performance includes abs and pc. for small batch of about 10~100 sets of plastic products, the processing technology is the most appropriate, the price cycle has an advantage, is a good method of short-term small batch products.


3. sla handplate: the machining accuracy is 0.1mm, and the maximum machining size can be 0.25m. it is suitable for some parts with complex shapes and fine surfaces, such as toys, handicrafts and so on. however, because its processing accuracy is lower than that of cnc hand plate and the material is more brittle, the produced plastic hand plate is not conducive to structural certification. therefore, we believe that the greatest use value of sla laser rapid prototyping is that it can form a good complementary effect with cnc machining, and it can complete the details that cnc cannot process.


4. rim handplate: the machining accuracy is 0.2mm/100mm, and the maximum machining size can be 2m. at present, abs moulds and aluminum alloy moulds are the most widely used moulds in this process. abs die life (about 300 pieces), aluminum alloy die life (about 1000 pieces). the material is liquid pu, and the copied products are all plastic products, mainly suitable for large plastic hand models with simple structure, such as car bumpers, medical panels and so on.
