vaccum casting, also known as vacuum casting. under vacuum conditions in both the castable for deaeration, stirring, preheating, note type, and at 60 ℃, 80 ℃ in the constant temperature box of 2 to 3 hours of secondary curing process. it is suitable for the trial production of small batch in the process of product development.

technical parameters:
applicable mold: silicone mold (life 10-20 pieces).
pouring material: two-component polyurethane pu. materials used: axson polyurethane resin, hei-cast polyurethane resin.
properties: like abs, pp, nylon, pmma/pc transparent, soft rubber parts shord (40-90 d), high temperature (150 ℃), fire prevention materials and so on.
general working time: 1-4 hours per unit.
standard reproduction accuracy: 0.20mm/100mm.
thickness of pouring sample: minimum 0.5mm, best 1.5mm-5mm.
maximum pouring workpiece: 2000mmx1200mmx1000mm.
process:
(1) silicon mold preheating. heat the silicon mold in advance to 60-70 ℃, die temperature too low, will cause the curing incomplete, cause poor physical properties. the die temperature is directly related to the dimensional accuracy of the specimen.
(2) pre-defoaming of pouring material. vacuum defoaming of liquid a and liquid b in a real empty box for more than 30 minutes was carried out.
(3) pouring. place the containers containing liquid a and liquid b in the operating room respectively. after vacuuming in the operating room, periodically stir liquid b to debubble for 5-10 minutes, pour liquid a into liquid b and stir for 30-40 minutes, and then quickly pour into the silicone rubber mold. the operation of atmospheric pressure recovery shall be carried out within 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds from the beginning of mixing.
(4) curing. in the 60-70 ℃ constant temperature box for 30 to 60 minutes after curing, demoulding. when necessary, in 70-80 ℃ thermostat secondary curing for 2-3 hours.
