YouTube is experimenting 3-D videos. With a new Stereoscopic player developed to view the videos, the experimental feature is sure drawing a lot of attention.

Users are also allowed to upload 3-D videos with the requisite tags “yt3d:enable=true and yt3d:aspect=3:4,” . This feature is being developed by Pete in his 20% free time.

The 3-D conversion is performed on the fly, and is enabled with the tag “yt3d:enable=true”.

This page lists five 3-D videos already available for viewing.  Also, there are 10 viewing styles to select from. Take your pick, pick up your glasses and navigate in real time!
