The biggest issue with the web interface is that Usergroups is missing. This is fine for casual users. But people who follow hundreds of people wont like it. However, the good thing is that it may be included in the future.
The best web interface I have come across is Sobees. It’s UI is also better than Seesmic. Seemic is less flexible. I couldn’t freely resize coloumns according to my needs.

One awesome aspect of Seesmic Web which you haven’t mentioned is, the way it threads DM’s. It doesn’t really thread replies and RT’s. It just allows you to reply in-place.
But Seesmic is definitely good for basic users though. Especially those used to single coloumn layout of twirhl.
