MTS high speed MBlaze Internet performance is largely based on the availability of network and coverage in your area. There are places that provide MTS mobile Internet modems but you will not get Internet coverage in your area. This is a tough situation and you will see people everywhere cussing MTS MBlaze Internet service. This is seen especially at some places in South India and MTS has to improve their networks at these locations.

If you want to go for MTS Internet make sure there is 3G coverage in your area. The best way to do this, is to check if there is BSNL 3G in your area. This is not a sure indication, though if there is no BSNL 3G in your area, you can be sure that you will not have MTS MBlaze high speed connectivity. This is a result of the tower sharing agreement BSNL has entered with many other major telecom players.

I purchased an Mblaze data card with ARP 2397 plan from MTS Dealer in Delhi, Vinson Mobile Center ,CP,Delhi. The card has not been activated even 1 week after the purchase. Moreover, the dealer, i.e. VINSON MOBILE CENTER, starts abusing me whenever i ask him to activate.

I have Mblaze+ connection with a speed of 10-15 kbps which costs me Rs.999/month.
I bought it in Nov 2010 as they were bragging about it to be the over 3.1Mbps speed povider net.
Earlier I was very happy with the speed in the first month …but the next month when I recharged it with Rs. 999 , I couldn’t open even google quickly which is the lightest web page during the whole day….. It provides a speed of 40-50kbps just for 1 hour every day at around 5:00Am in the morning and then drag back to its high performance which is amazing at 10-15kbps. (Look again, I said 10-15Kbps).
What is the point in having internet connection if I cannot use it even for a good surfing wth a waste of Rs. 999….Does Mblaze expects me to keep paying them 1000s/month for nothing in return. I have to pay from my pocket to contact to custermer care number which is also chargeable for me) …Only in three days I spend around 200Rs to talk to customer care, but uselesss. They kept transferrinng my call from one department to anohter….and then there so called engineer who considered himself MIT passed out told me to delete cookies so that internet speed will be increased (HA HA HA HA………… COOKIES my foot…!, who crazy AssH*** on Net don’t do it as the very first thing while sittng on their Pc ) ….I was laughing and told the this is not the solution but seems that was the only knnowledge they MotherF***er had. For three days I kept doing the same as they told (They Uninstalled my Anti-virus, They told to download all the Browsers, asked to do the new window, they asked to use it on other PCs and then they suddenly said after a half month later that we are sorry your complaint file had been closed, we will have to reopen it and then started the same story again, this time they send their Agent who was on the Time for the sack of God (Thank God). He checked out all the things and went saying so that he will complaint his Seniors. Till then One whole month had passed and I have used nothing due to their fucking low services.
Afetr a loss of 5000s Rupees I put my USB on thr Road and waited for A bus on its way which was not late that day. Now I’m happy with Airtel which provides double speed of 20-30Kbps in 10times low cost of Rs.98.
I want to say only one thing that “Fuck You Very Much Mblaze, Sir!”
Mblaze Sucks and Tata Photon Sucks too for a big time ….Don’t Waste your Money Friends! on These Products atleast in Delhi NCR …WHATS THE POINT?.. IF U CANNOT EVEN SURF INTERNET pretty well which you can do in a cost of 98/month on Airtel.

It is probably the worst wireless service ever… i brought MTS like 20 days ago in the unlimited plan 999….at first it would give speeds of upto 300kbps…..but after 5gb usage or so the speed dropped to 15-20kbps……..i still continued downloading ….but after i did like 11 usage the speed dropped to 5-10kbps……… and now i don’t feel like downloading anymore…………….so dont go for MTS ..it would only be a waste of ur money……

i m using mts 999 unlimited plan for last 2 mths.the speed ws okay until 8.5 gb of usage every month.in last mth i thought their might b my mistake in calculating usage.i m internet user since last 8 yrs and know how 2 calculate usage.i understand wireless broadband cant b as good as cable & i m happy with d 1 mbps speed i get in d daytime.bt please give d 12 gb data usage u promise at gud speed in fup & not just 8.5 gb.

I’m here to share my experience on MTS MBlaze. I recently moved to postpaid from the prepaid. I have taken 799 Plan, which is unlimited. From last one month i was able to use my data card only for 15 days. They barred my data card for the remining 15 days for telling reason of exceeding credit limit. Which is set 100 Rs.
I’m bugged up calling customer care everytime and i paid more than 900 rs before generating the bill, Since this plan is unlimited i wont be getting more than 850 including taxes and all. The Customer care is utter waste, they wont respond to your problems at all. Because of all these reasons i was not able to work so many days.
I dont want to talk about speed, Most of you guys know that, all these guys will give false promises 3.1 bla bla bla.
So my sincere advice to you guys, Please dont take MTS data card.

I have bought the mts broadband connection before one month .the retailer recharge my phone with 999 but after the usage of mts two or three days .it goes shut down not not working.also the services of mts is really very bad service and off course the customer care i think they do not any single word about mts and also they are not giving any positive response always . my whole money is going to worst.i will not pushes to anyone for mts data card .it really very bad trust me.

Compared to Reliance net connect plans, the MTS is worse. MTS team needs to change their plan and cost details!
